​Etta Amato ships internationally. We have partnered with DHL Express who offer worldwide shipping to more than 220 Countries. Express shipping is fully tracked.

UK – NEXT WORKING DAY

EUROPE – 1-2 WORKING DAYS

USA - 1-3 WORKING DAYS

REST OF THE WORLD – 2 – 6 WORKING DAYS

Etta Amato offers FREE UK shipping on orders over £70 and FREE INTERNATIONAL shipping on orders over £100.

Taxes & Duties

​

The prices of products are expressed in Pounds inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible on any applicable custom duties and we are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur.

Return & Exchange

​

Etta Amato offers a 14-day return policy. Once the returned jewellery has been received, a team member will inspect its condition. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

​

All jewellery can be returned or exchanged except for earrings and rings, due to hygiene reasons.
